Lead the modernization of the Loan Origination System (LOS) to enhance credit approval efficiency—from proposal to approval—using a modular approach tailored to customer segments. Collaborate closely with Risk Management, IT, Data, and Product teams to ensure every credit approval is fast, secure, trackable, and optimized.
Job Details:
1. Design LOS Based on Credit Flow by Segment
◦ Structure LOS segmentation for Retail, SME, and MMLC; build dashboards for Turnaround Time (TAT), rejection/approval rates according to SLA.
◦ Simplify appraisal structure and approval matrix based on risk and approval authority.
2. Modularize Steps by Vertical
◦ Create LOS modules aligned with industry-specific journeys—Retail, SME, MMLC—with pre-optimized processes.
3. Optimize Integration with Other Systems
◦ Integrate CRM, Credit Scoring, Legal, KYC, and ACB One to enable automated or semi-automated processes (auto-decision + assisted).
4. Project Management & Cross-Department Coordination
◦ Develop a master plan and manage tasks related to project scope.
◦ Work closely with relevant units for design and implementation.
◦ Act as the focal point for reporting progress, issues, and adjustment proposals to the Transformation Director.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience & Professional Knowledge
◦ Minimum 10 years of experience in LOS implementation, risk management, and credit approval.
◦ Deep understanding of credit journey—approval structure, scoring, and TAT.
◦ Preferred experience with modern LOS systems such as Finastra Fusion, Newgen, Appway, or custom in-house solutions.
2. Core Skills
◦ Design automated and modular credit processes.
◦ Collaborate with technical and risk teams for data integration.
◦ Analyze SLA data, loan profiles, and risk by segment.
◦ Manage projects involving multiple approval steps and interconnected systems.
