Job Description

As an Digital Planner, you will be responsible for crafting and executing holistic media strategies. Youll play a key role in turning strategic direction into actionable plans, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery and optimization.

Youre detail-driven and organized, with strong data handling skills. From planning documents to campaign reports, your work is clean, clear, and client-ready.

You have a strong pulse on both global best practices and the local Vietnam market. You can localize global strategies and case studies to tackle regional brand challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

  • Develop integrated media proposals, media plans across digital, offline, sponsorships, activations, etc. when needed
  • Support AOP development and join pitches when needed
  • Align strategy with client objectives and internal direction

Campaign Management & Reporting

  • Monitor and optimize campaign delivery across platforms
  • Consolidate campaign reports: weekly performance, post-buy reviews, competitor tracking, and periodic reviews
  • Integrate reports from other media or external partners
  • Deliver accurate, insightful monthly account-based reports

Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure clear, timely communication with both clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate workflow with external vendors, media owners
  • Support new initiatives or testing with platform partners

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a media or digital agency, preferably in Vietnam or similar growth markets
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Trends, Adobe Omniture
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
  • A team player with a growth mindset and sense of ownership
