Job Description

1.   Functional Objective:

The Executive, Digital Performance is responsible for executing, monitoring and optimizing paid digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, improving lead-to-show performance and control conversion costs under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

30% Paid Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo or other assigned digital channels.

30% Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budget, targeting, creatives, audience, landing page and conversion flow to improve CPL and CPS.

15% Lead Quality & Conversion Tracking

  • Track lead quality, booking, show-up and conversion data in coordination with O2O, Telesales and Sales teams.

10% Reporting & Data Update

  • Prepare daily/weekly campaign reports and ensure campaign data, tracking links and performance metrics are updated accurately.

10% Creative & Landing Page Support

  • Coordinate with Content, Design and Web teams to test and improve creative ads, messages, landing pages and lead forms.

2.   Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, media buying or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads or other paid media platforms.
  • Good understanding of campaign setup, tracking, landing page, lead form, sales funnel and conversion optimization.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to monitor key metrics such as CTR, CR, CPL, CPS, lead volume and show volume.
  • Experience in fitness, retail, education, healthcare, beauty, real estate, insurance or membership-based business is an advantage.
