The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive business growth. This candidate is data-driven, performance-oriented, and capable of delivering measurable results while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize performance to achieve KPIs such as ROAS and ROI.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior, delivering actionable insights through reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Account, Creative, and Content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficient in campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization using tools such as Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
