Job Description:

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy to drive traffic, sign-ups, conversions, and revenue across apps and webs beyond installs or lead forms.
  • Manage and optimize performance channels (Paid Ads, SEO/SEM, Affiliate, Email, and new channels) with a strong focus on CAC, ROI, LTV, and scale efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by platform, product, and funnel, adapting to algorithm changes and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Own tracking and attribution (Adjust, AppsFlyer), ensuring full-funnel visibility and accurate measurement of marketing impact.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels; rapidly iterate based on performance insights.
  • Actively manage and rebalance budgets across channels on a near-daily basis to maximize performance.
  • Analyze data and consumer behavior to identify trends, optimize conversion, and inform growth decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Data, Design, and external partners to deliver growth initiatives effectively.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends with an agile, test-and-learn mindset to drive continuous growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate website analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our target market, customer journey, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing or User Acquisition, with proven impact on revenue, CAC, and conversion.
  • Hands-on expertise across paid channels, SEO/SEM, affiliate, email, and social, with the ability to scale and explore new channels.
  • Strong experience in tracking & attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust) and full-funnel measurement across app and web.
  • Deep understanding of ad platforms and algorithms, with proven A/B testing and creative optimization experience.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and marketing performance.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with CAC, ROI, LTV, retention, and performance analytics.
  • Strong execution, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
