Job Description

II. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and deeply understand products/services to develop suitable advertising strategies.
  • Plan and implement advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns based on the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate in developing content ideas, visuals, or videos for advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc. to improve campaign performance.
  • Plan daily/monthly advertising budgets and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, then propose improvement solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, algorithms, and policy changes of advertising platforms.
  • Coordinate with related departments such as Content, Design, and Sales to implement and optimize marketing activities.

III. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in running ads on one of the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute advertising campaigns based on assigned objectives.
  • Proficient in online marketing advertising tools and able to optimize campaigns for high performance.
  • Creative mindset in advertising content, with the ability to propose ideas for visuals, videos, or ad copy.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to monitor metrics and adjust advertising strategies based on real data.
  • Good aesthetic sense and sensitivity to advertising visuals and content.
  • Candidates with experience in managing large advertising budgets or working in industries such as aesthetics, education, or beauty are preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and highly responsible at work.
  • Honest, willing to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills.
