Job Description

Getz is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own and optimise our integrated digital marketing channels while strengthening our analytics capabilities to improve marketing ROI and support our business growth.

This role combines campaign execution with analytical ownership. The expectation is not only to generate data, but to interpret it and provide clear recommendations that improve marketing efficiency and revenue outcomes. You play a key role in improving conversion performance and cost stability across the marketing funnel. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to ensure acquisition efforts align with revenue targets and business growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Digital Marketing Campaign Setup and Management
  • Set up, structure and manage ad campaigns across the required platforms (Facebook/ Instagram / /TikTok / Linkedin / Xiao Hong Shu/ YouTube) in alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Identify and create audience segments based on demographics, behavior and other relevant criteria to inform targeted/ retargeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage and recommend budget allocation or reallocation based on performance efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and recommend scaling, pausing or restructuring campaigns if needed
2) Landing Page Conversion Optimisation 
  • Analyze user behavior and traffic data from Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar to proactively identify website issues that could impact lead generation or user engagement
  • Analyse landing page metrics including but not limited to Bounce Rate, Time Spent, Scroll Depth, Demo Click Rate
  • Identify misalignment between the ad message and the landing page content
  • Recommend improvements to improve conversion rate and work with the content/design team to implement optimisation measures
  • Monitor the impact of changes on CVR and CPL and drive continuous Conversion Rate Optimisation improvements

3) Marketing Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Export and consolidate campaign data from all marketing paid and organic channels 
  • Validate data consistency and accuracy by cross-checking data with Sales team's records
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation (GA4, Pixels, UTMs)
  • Track full funnel performance: Lead => Qualified Lead => Appointment => Meeting => Contract => ROAS and analyse cost efficiency at each stage
  • - Maintain internal reporting documents and real-time performance dashboards
  • - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and create compelling narratives from data to communicate performance, trends and insights to the team.
4) Organic Social Media Content Distribution Management
  • Manage organic content distribution and performance tracking across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and RedNote (Content creation is handled by content team)
  • Monitor engagement metrics (views, saves, comments, CTR, audience growth)
  • Identify high-performing content for paid amplification
  • Generate weekly reports on organic social media content performance and propose optimisation ideas based on data 

5) SEO Analysis 

  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify top-performing keywords aligned with business goals
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-optimised content is updated consistently on the website to increase traffic and keyword effectiveness
  • Provide recommendations to improve website performance from an SEO perspective, including UX/UI improvements, page speed and user engagement metrics
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO performance reports to communicate SEO insights and recommendations to the team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics, B2B or SaaS experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and conversion analysis
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and experienced with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data discipline, comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Good English communication skills

WORKING TIME

From Monday - Friday| 8:00 - 17:30 (1h30 lunch break), flexible to work from home
