Position: DIGITAL MANAGER

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Employment: Full-time

Report to:Head of Marketing & Communications (Group-level role)

Millennia Education is a forward-looking education organization based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All of our investments and initiatives are designed with one central aim: To make a lasting and positive impact on Vietnam's educational landscape and long-term national development.

Millennia Education operates as a group, building a portfolio of education business units across Vietnam. The first of these is King's College Wimbledon HCMC, followed by Bilingual Schools and Universities. The Group Marketing function supports all business units, with an immediate focus on bringing King's College Wimbledon HCMC to market.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Manager is a Group-level role responsible for building and operating the digital marketing engine across all Millennia Education business units, with an immediate focus on driving King's College Wimbledon HCMC to its enrolment target. This covers the marketing technology stack, CRM and lead management, paid digital campaigns, social media, website and SEO, and performance analytics.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role that combines digital strategy with day-to-day campaign delivery. It requires a data-literate marketer who can establish systems and standards from scratch, run lead-generating campaigns end-to-end, and translate digital performance into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Standards (Group)

  • Define digital channel standards, guidelines and best practice for all business units (King's, University, Bilingual).
  • Develop the pre-launch digital playbook for the University and Bilingual projects, owned and held at Group level until the business-unit teams are established.
  • Ensure a consistent, premium digital presence aligned to the Master Brand Guidelines across all entities.

Marketing Technology & Systems

  • Build and own the group marketing technology stack: CRM, email and marketing automation platform, and analytics setup.
  • Set up King's CRM, lead capture and pipeline management to support the enrolment funnel.
  • Ensure data integrity, tracking and integration across platforms (CRM, website, advertising tools).

Lead Generation & Paid Media (King's)

  • Plan, run and optimise King's paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and programmatic channels.
  • Manage cost-per-lead, conversion rates and campaign ROI, optimising spends against performance.

Digital Channels (King's)

  • Manage King's social media channels, supporting the content calendar with the School Marketing Manager.
  • Own King's website management and SEO to maximise organic visibility and lead capture.
  • Amplify confirmed partnership news across King's digital and social channels.

Internal Communications (Digital)

  • Manage the internal communications digital channels (newsletter, internal platforms) across all entities.
  • Support the delivery of internal communications that reflect Millennia's values and keep business units aligned.

Performance, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain the King's enrolment dashboard: lead volume, CPL, conversion rate and pipeline.
  • Build the marketing performance reporting framework and deliver weekly and monthly channel reporting.
  • Track digital and paid media spend against approved budget (committed versus discretionary) and report monthly to the Head of Marketing & Communications.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven hands-on ownership of paid media and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in setting up and managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong track record running and optimising paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google, with clear performance results.
  • Solid command of web analytics, SEO and conversion tracking, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and future digital marketing resources aligned with the role.
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in education, premium or service-led brands where lead quality matters as much as volume.
  • Exposure to multi-brand or group/corporate digital governance and standards.
  • Familiarity with OpenApply or other admissions and enrolment systems.
