JOB DESCRIPTION
Communication campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of communication and promotional campaigns aimed at driving mobile app sales volume, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across owned and paid channels including push notification, in-app, social media, email/CRM, and digital advertising.
- Develop targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and data insights to optimize messaging, channel selection, and campaign timing.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular progress updates and performance reports to management.
- Continuously optimize campaign effectiveness through AB testing, analysis, and performance insights.
Budget Management:
- Own and manage the annual and quarterly campaign budget, including forecasting, planning, and allocation across campaigns and channels.
- Track and report on actual vs. planned spend on a regular basis, providing variance analysis and recommendations to optimize budget utilization.
- Provide budget performance summaries to management and finance stakeholders as required.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Data, Tech, Finance, Operations, and related teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Align stakeholders on campaign objectives, scope, timeline, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve execution issues or operational bottlenecks.
Customer Focus:
- Develop a deep understanding of target customer segments, tailoring campaign messages and creative assets to resonate with different audiences.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM, campaign management, retention, or digital growth, preferably in Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, or Consumer Finance.
- Proven experience in executing push sales campaigns across digital channels.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, repayment behavior, and engagement strategy.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to derive insights from data and translate into business actions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, coordination, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong project management capability with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with financial products, digital payment ecosystem, and customer engagement models.
