Job Purpose / Position Objective

This role is responsible for ensuring that digital product roadmaps are effectively managed and digital initiatives are delivered

successfully. The Digital Delivery Manager oversees all aspects of digital projects, including product backlog management,

stakeholder engagement, change management, scope, timeline, cost and budget control, risk and issue management,

communication, and vendor coordination to ensure successful project execution and business value realization.

This position is responsible for ensuring the digital product roadmap is effectively managed and digital initiatives are implemented

successfully. The Digital Delivery Manager oversees all aspects of the project, including product backlog management, stakeholder management, change management, scope, schedule, cost and budget, risk and issues, communications as well as coordination with vendors

to ensure the project is on target and delivering business value.

Digital servicing product management (70%)

. Conduct market research to analyze insurance customer needs and emerging digital trends to support business objectives.

. Participate in and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet expected quality and business value. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide project updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. Job Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management, digital delivery, or software business analysis.

. Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.

Practical experience in successfully implementing complex digital projects, on schedule and within budget.

. Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, best practices, and digital

technologies.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical
