Job Description:
Operational Data Analysis
- Collect, process, and analyze warehouse operational data (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, returns, etc.) to evaluate performance and optimize OPEX costs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs, including productivity, SLA, lead time, error rate, utilization, cost per order, cost per item, and others.
- Participate in root cause analysis of operational issues (SLA delays, increasing costs, higher error rates, process bottlenecks, etc.) and propose improvement solutions.
Project & Process Management Support
- Assist in planning and managing warehouse optimization projects (warehouse layout improvements, material flow optimization, workforce/shift scheduling optimization, reduction of packaging and internal transportation costs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transportation, Quality, Product/Technology) to implement initiatives, monitor progress, and measure effectiveness.
- Participate in designing, standardizing, and updating SOPs related to warehouse operations and cost control.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and reports as requested by management.
Requirements:
Data Analysis
- Strong data processing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, advanced formulas, and basic charting.
- Knowledge of Python programming for large-scale data processing, task automation, and pattern/trend analysis.
Project Management
- Basic project management skills, including planning, timeline tracking, status reporting, and meeting documentation preparation.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma (basic level).
Teamwork
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments, including both office-based and warehouse operations teams.
