Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities and independently develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales target;
  2. Manage project pipeline and sales process. Provides sales forecasts;
  3. Establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post sale;
  4. Support marketing activities and market communication. Collect market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities;
  5. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Technical Support, Product team to drive major contractual negotiations;
  6. Complete the relevant reports and jobs designated by the team leader, and attend the relevant regular meetings;
  7. Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of B2B sales experience of PV/ Solar or renewable energy industry in Vietnam;
  2. Experience in business development, account management in distribution and C&I projects. Utility Scale projects sales experience is preferred;
  3. A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms;
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiating skills;
  5. Willingness and flexibility to travel.

Education and Language

  1. A Bachelor's degree or above;
  2. Fluency in English both oral and written, and Chinese is a plus.
