Role Overview
We are looking for aSenior DevOps Engineerwith strongproduction ownershipof AWS and Kubernetes. You will design, operate, and scale cloud infrastructure, lead reliability efforts, and drive GitOps-first automationacross platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operateAWS infrastructureusingTerraform
- Own and evolveproduction Kubernetes clusters
- Implement autoscaling (HPA, VPA, KEDA) and capacity planning
- EnforceGitOps workflowsfor infrastructure and application delivery
- Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesand automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting)
- Improve reliability throughmonitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Lead incidents and postmortems
- Apply security best practices across cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience
Required Experience & Skills
- 6+ yearsin DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering withproduction ownership
- Strong hands-on experience withAWS and Kubernetes in production
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and cost considerations
- Kubernetes expertise: resource management, autoscaling, and cluster operations
- Infrastructure as Code withTerraform
- GitOps-based delivery (Argo CD / Flux or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting and operational mindset
- Professional-levelspoken English
Nice to Have
- Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki)
- Helm or Kustomize
- Kubernetes security (RBAC, NetworkPolicies, secrets management)
- Bash, Python, or Go for automation
