Role Description
Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
- Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure.
- Configure and maintain cloud resources, networking, security groups, IAM permissions, and container platforms.
- Participate in infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
CI/CD & Automation
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release management processes.
- Improve software delivery efficiency through automation and scripting.
Container & Kubernetes Management
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot containerized applications and cluster-related issues.
- Support Helm chart management and deployment automation.
Monitoring & Reliability
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and resolve production issues.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or equivalent tools.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Security teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Contribute to DevSecOps and cloud best practices within the project team.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Engineering, or related roles.
- Good knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms:
- AWS (preferred)
- Azure
- Experience with CI/CD tools:
- GitLab CI/CD
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Helm
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code:
- Terraform (preferred)
- Ansible
- Scripting skills:
- Bash/Shell
- Python
Nice to Have
- AWS Associate certification.
- Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps practices.
- Experience with DevSecOps and security scanning tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
