Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong production experience in AWS and Kubernetes. This role owns cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and delivery pipelines, while driving reliability, scalability, and developer experience across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Own and evolve production Kubernetes clusters
• Implement autoscaling (HPA, VPA, KEDA)
• Drive GitOps-first workflows for infra & app delivery
• Automate operations with Ansible, CI/CD, scripting
• Improve reliability via monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning
• Lead incident response and postmortems
• Apply security best practices across cloud & Kubernetes

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
• Proven ownership of AWS & Kubernetes in production
• Strong experience with:
• AWS (networking, IAM, security, cost awareness)
• Kubernetes & Docker
• Terraform & Ansible
• GitOps & CI/CD
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Professional spoken English

• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki
• Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD / Flux
• Kubernetes security (RBAC, NetworkPolicies, Secrets)
• Bash, Python or Go
