Cipherzero Labs PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based tech company founded in 2023, is hiring a Marketing Designer for Bullbit its flagship AI-native decentralized derivatives trading platform focused on on-chain tools, liquidity, and AI-powered execution.

Type: Full-time | Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City

Reports to: Marketing Lead

Salary: +700 USD (based on capability and performance)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to produce high-quality visuals for Bullbit&aposs marketing campaigns. This role will focus on creating engaging graphics, banners, and short-form videos for social media, pitch decks, and promotional events. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Design marketing materials including banners, social media posts, infographics, and pitch decks.

Create short-form videos and motion graphics for campaigns and announcements.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop concepts and visual themes for promotions.

Adapt existing designs for multiple platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, website, etc.).

Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

Assist with event-related design needs (booth materials, signage, etc.).

Work with UI/UX designers to align marketing visuals with product design when needed.

Proven experience as a marketing designer or similar role, preferably in Web3/blockchain projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.

Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.

Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with the team.

Familiarity with crypto trends, DeFi, and DEXs is a plus.

+700 USD/month salary (based on capability and performance).

Work directly with the core team of a fast-growing DEX project.

Exposure to global Web3 marketing campaigns and industry events.
