General Information
Position: Deputy Sales Manager
Employment type: Full-time
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
Identify and develop clients needs in protection, savings and financial planning
Search for and recruit suitable candidates
Support, orient and mentor new team members in their first 30-60 days
Build a stable recruitment pipeline (online & offline)
Organize Career Talks, Workshops and Recruitment Seminars as scheduled by the department
Attend all training programs of the company and partners; provide 1-1 coaching for new consultants
Monitor the training progress of the team
Build a small advisory team (mini-team of 3-7 people)
Manage sales KPIs and revenue targets
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly performance
Organize regular team meetings (2-3 sessions/week)
Support consultants in sales activities: prepare proposals, demos, and accompany them in client meetings
Maintain a professional, disciplined and positive working culture
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role. Preferably in:
Sales / Real Estate / Telesales / Finance / Banking /FMCG
Online business
Customer service
Experience in recruitment or training is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Management organizational leadership mindset
Proactive responsible committed
Not afraid of challenges, able to work under sales pressure
Clear orientation to build a team and grow into higher positions
