Deputy Manager of Organization Development & Training – Salary up to 45 million VND – District 7

Key Responsibilities
1. Organization Development
- Develop, review, and optimize organizational structures aligned with logistics operations (hub, linehaul, last-mile delivery, warehousing, etc.).
- Design and manage workforce planning (HCNS) across different growth stages.
- Lead organizational restructuring and network expansion projects.
- Build job architecture, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
2. Talent Management
- Participate in developing and operating processes for appointment, dismissal, and internal transfers.
- Develop High Potential (HiPo) and succession planning programs.
- Manage talent data and conduct periodic competency assessments.
3. Performance Management System
- Implement KPI/OKR systems across the company.
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop function-specific KPIs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve performance management systems.
4. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Develop company-wide training strategies and plans.
- Design training programs including:
- Onboarding
- Leadership and management capability development
- Implement learning frameworks and e-learning systems.
5. Rewards & Recognition
- Develop and manage employee recognition and reward systems.
- Design internal incentive programs tied to performance.
- Collaborate in building competitive benefits policies within the logistics industry.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 8 - 10 years in organizational development, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Preference for candidates with experience in Logistics/Express Delivery or companies operating under chain/system models. Strong preference for candidates from Centers of Excellence within large corporations.
- Language: Proficient in Chinese or English, with the ability to work with international experts and documents.
- Skills: Strong systems thinking and strategic planning capabilities; ability to solve complex problems and effectively manage and execute initiatives.

Working Time
- Monday to Friday (08:30 – 18:00)
- Alternating Saturdays
- Working hours: 08:30 – 18:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:30)
