Deputy Manager, M&A

About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Deputy Manager, M&A to serve as a key partner to the M&A Director and Senior Leadership. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from pre-feasibility appraisal and comprehensive Due Diligence to the execution of complex transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Investment, Corporate Finance, or M&A.
• Exceptional command of English.
• Logical thinking, data-driven analysis.
• Strong capability in risk assessment.
• Advanced project management skills for overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• High resilience under pressure, absolute commitment to confidentiality, proactive mindset, and unwavering integrity.
