Deputy Manager, Investment

About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Deputy Manager, Investment to serve as a key partner to the Investment Director and Senior Leadership. This role is responsible for driving the early stages of the investment lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing and screening to comprehensive financial modeling, preliminary due diligence, and the successful negotiation of term sheets. You will play a critical role in evaluating opportunities across diverse sectors ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Investment, M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Exceptional command of English, particularly for transaction documents, industry reports, and contracts.
• Logical thinking and data-driven analysis, with proficiency in complex valuation methodologies such as DCF, IRR, NAV, and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong capability in risk assessment and the ability to analyze complex transaction structures.
• Advanced project management skills for overseeing transaction processes and effectively coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
