THACO AUTO - One of THACO's key sub-holdings, imports, manufactures and distributes vehicles and motorbikes, and offers vehicle and spare part services.

Deputy Manager – Export Sales

Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for directly working with customers to receive and execute automobile export orders, while monitoring and managing the progress of export projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual commitments.

  • Receive and process automobile export orders; prepare and submit sales contract documentation for approval.
  • Coordinate and arrange customer inspections and acceptance tests at manufacturing plants when required.
  • Confirm vehicle delivery schedules with customers; monitor shipment progress and provide required documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), export document packages, lashing certificates, and preferential Certificates of Origin (C/O).
  • Prepare and process documentation for replacement or claim shipments, including Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bookings; follow up on claim settlement and shipment completion with customers.
  • Participate in developing and updating overseas dealer appointment and authorization policies.
  • Manage production schedules and delivery timelines to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation progress of export business projects.
  • Ensure systematic management and compliance with export-related procedures, regulations, and documentation standards.
  • Conduct training on sales skills, negotiation techniques, supply chain management, international trade operations, and marketing knowledge for international markets.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export Management, International Business, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in Export Sales or related export business functions.
  • Strong capability in planning, coordinating, and managing export business projects.
  • Experience in managing export-related data and documentation, with a good understanding of international business processes and overseas market operations.
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to monitor project progress and implement solutions to achieve business targets.
  • Proficient in international trade operations, including: Incoterms 2020, International sales contracts, International transportation and logistics, International payment methods.
