Deputy Manager – Export Spare Parts & After-Sales Service Business
Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for providing after-sales service technical support (warranty, maintenance, spare parts, training) for export products, while managing export spare parts business operations.
- Develop strategies and implement export spare parts business plans by market, along with after-sales service policies for export markets.
- Plan and manage service resources, including technical support, spare parts, and support budgets.
- Establish service standards, complaint handling processes, and quality KPIs.
- Develop sales plans, strategic spare parts portfolios, and optimal inventory plans for partners; analyze business performance and propose sales policies.
- Consolidate market feedback and propose improvements for products, spare parts, and service policies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Power Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in export spare parts business or similar export-related industries.
- Strong capability in planning and managing customer care programs, after-sales services, and spare parts business operations.
- Ability to manage data and digitize records/documents related to markets, partners, and projects; good understanding of operational and international business processes.
- Knowledge of import-export operations, including Incoterms 2020, international sales contracts, international transportation, and international payment methods.
