The Opportunity
Our esteemed client, one of Vietnam's popular securities firms is looking for a Deputy CEO to enhance the company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Brokerage, Corporate Finance, and Customer Service departments.
- Develop strategies to grow individual and institutional client base, increase brokerage revenue, and expand market share.
- Improve broker performance through training, KPIs, and incentives.
- Propose and implement new financial products and services to meet market needs and enhance competitiveness.
- Oversee technology development to support trading and improve customer experience.
- Direct corporate finance advisory services (e.g., IPOs, bonds, M&A, restructuring).
- Build partnerships with companies, investment funds, and financial institutions.
- Ensure quality in business evaluation and advisory services.
- Support capital mobilization and investment strategies for corporate clients.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through service improvements and VIP programs.
- Coordinate with risk, legal, and finance departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Control risks (credit, margin, portfolio) and optimize business profitability.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO and Board of Directors.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree+ in Finance or related field; licensed by SSC.
- 10+ years in finance/securities, 5+ in senior leadership.
- Strong market knowledge, leadership, and industry network.
- Excellent communication, strategy, and risk management skills.
