This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Supply Planning Manager, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will oversee demand and supply planning processes, manage inventory levels, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, developing forecasts, improving business processes, and coordinating with key stakeholders to meet demand efficiently. The role requires strategic thinking and problem-solving to enhance operational performance.

• Proficiency in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Demand Supply Planning to effectively manage and forecast inventory and production needs.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret supply chain data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in Business Process Improvement to drive efficiency and optimize existing supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role with an understanding of global supply chain processes.
