Job Description:
1. Demand Planning for Tools, Equipment & Machinery
- Develop demand logic and demand models for tools, equipment, and operational machinery used in warehouses.
- Analyze operational data, productivity, and other influencing factors to optimize investment quantities.
- Regularly review, update, and improve demand models to ensure operational needs are met at optimal cost.
2. Cost Management & Control
- Review and assess the reasonableness of procurement requests for tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure investments comply with approved plans.
3. Warehouse (SOC/WH) Improvement & Equipment Projects
- Plan and implement warehouse improvement and renovation projects.
- Lead projects related to the implementation, improvement, and standardization of tools, equipment, and machinery across the warehouse network.
- Research, evaluate, and propose new solutions and equipment to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting or data analysis proficient in Excel and/or other data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and cost management skills.
- Ability to use AI for research, analysis, and presentation.
- Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in Logistics/E-commerce/Warehouse Operations, improvement, automation, or equipment investment projects, or knowledge of ROI/Cost-Benefit Analysis is a plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
