You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Build, review & enrich rolling monthly forecasts, integrating commercial targets & plans, integrating all informed internal (building blocks) & external events.
- Create & develop effective statistical forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns for the categories at PPG and channel level. Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting in mid & long term.
- Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process & facilitate AVM.
- Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs.
- Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months)
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner & Support management with risk assessments and mitigation plan.
- Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias.
What You Will Bring

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- Strong Planning background, a minimum of 2 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of analytics and/or experience with analytics software SAP/ IBP 360 or equivalent
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering results across large multinational companies
- Demonstrated ability to understand key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement enabled by technology
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
