Job Responsibilities

• Researched, identified, and classified operational risks across different marketplace segments and markets.
• Analyzed driver, customer, and merchant behavioral data to identify abnormal patterns and potential fraud.
• Built, tested, and validated risk and fraud models for different business scenarios.
• Designed risk rules, alert logic, and Fraud Risk Scoring (FRS) frameworks to support risk control.
• Assessed risk impact on business performance and provided risk mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborated with Tech and Data teams to test, optimize, and improve the accuracy of risk detection models and alert systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Have at least 1–3 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Fraud Detection, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risk patterns and anomalies.
• Experience in data analysis using SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Understanding of risk models, fraud detection models, rule-based systems, and risk scoring frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into risk control solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Tech, Data, and Business teams.
• English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
