Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Scientist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze data, build machine learning models, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business growth and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for business use cases.
- Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning models.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Data Science and AI.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of common machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience working on CRM-related data or business use cases, such as customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, churn prediction, recommendation systems, customer lifetime value (CLV), or marketing campaign optimization.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with international teams and read technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP projects.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or MLOps practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
