Job overview

We are looking for a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities in SAP implementation projects. This role will ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery across all migration phases while coordinating with business, functional, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full data migration lifecycle: strategy, planning, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading

- Define data migration approach, tools, and templates aligned with SAP standards

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and mapping rules

- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure data readiness for each project phase (SIT, UAT, Go-live)

- Oversee data quality, reconciliation, and issue resolution

- Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables related to data migration

- Provide guidance to team members and ensure best practices are followed

- Support cutover planning and execution

Requirements

- Local Vietnamese candidates with Bachelor's degree or higher from related fields.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP projects, with strong focus on data migration

- Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or similar role in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation

- Strong understanding of SAP data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, etc.)

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex project environments

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Good command of English (4 skills)
