Job Description:

  • Collaborate with other functions across the company to build propositive reports and dashboards with useful analysis and data insights
  • Work closely with business departments using analytical insights to help increase teams effectiveness against key strategic goals
  • Run clear exploratory and diagnostical analyses (quantitative or qualitative) to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, propose solutions, and track initiatives with the purpose of enhancing efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics initiatives to enhance business insights
  • Build/leverage clear communication and problem-solving processes along with business data discussions and technical solutions
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to optimize manual reporting processes and build efficient data analysis processes by SQL/Python/ETL/VBA.


Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis/analytics, management consulting, or equivalent roles
  • Understanding of data analysis and data analytics frameworks to lead and influence the BI strategy
  • Advanced or Fluent English (to be tested during the interview). You'll have contact with teams from many different countries on a daily basis
  • Professional experience with SQL, Python, and other business intelligence or data analysis tools
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and speed in a fast-paced environment
  • Can easily translate numbers into insights throughout deep dives and clear thinking
  • Experience leading teams (one-on-ones, performance reviewing, recruiting, people development, and managing day-to-day) and managing stakeholders.
