We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights. The Data Analyst will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, design and deliver reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

Responsibilities And Requirements
- Collect, analyze and interpret large sets of data using statistical methods and data analysis tools
- Work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility
- Create and maintain data sets, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain data analysis documentation including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for data quality improvements
- Design Data Management and Reporting Tools for use across the organization
- Analysis effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication to communicate across business lines and report on findings and processes to executives and colleagues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Problem-solving find solutions to data management and reporting problems and modify solutions based on changing requirements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
- 3+ years experienced as a data analyst, reporting data analytics is preferred
- Strong SQL, Excel and Python with the ability to learn
- Fluent in English (Interviews will be conducted in English)
- Proven analytic skills, including reporting, mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years working in a data analytics reporting role
- Demonstrated experience in design, develop and maintain reports, optimizing efficiency in manipulating data and writing complex queries
- Background in statistics and business/data modeling
