We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights for marketing, product, sales, technology, business development, finance, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from CMS, CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and other internal systems.
- Develop and maintain an integrated data model that consolidates insights across marketing, product, sales, technology, business development, finance, and management functions.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team leads to define core metrics, reporting standards, and data governance practices.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and limitations; recommend corrective actions to improve data quality and usability.
- Advise stakeholders on opportunities to capture new or enhanced data points that improve business insight and performance measurement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analysis and reporting activities.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to enable faster, more reliable, and scalable insights.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and present findings in a clear and actionable manners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL and Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in the education sector or similar service-based industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with data storytelling, marketing analytics, and cross-functional performance reporting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
