About The Role
- Manage and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity requirements for automotive components from suppliers, ensuring compliance with VinFast cybersecurity standards and ISO 21434.
- Develop, plan, and execute cybersecurity programs and projects for vehicles in alignment with the product development roadmap.
- Assess, monitor, and control suppliers cybersecurity activities, ensuring compliance with NIST CSF 2.0 standards and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (R&D, QA, Supplier Management, IT Security) to communicate, guide, and audit compliance with cybersecurity processes.
- Manage documentation, progress reports, consolidate arising issues, and propose solutions for automotive cybersecurity.
- Support the evaluation, testing, and validation of security measures for automotive components and systems prior to product approval.
- Participate in training and raising cybersecurity awareness for stakeholders (suppliers, internal staff).
- Stay updated on new trends, requirements, and standards in automotive cybersecurity, and propose improvements to the cybersecurity management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Automotive Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, System Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with exposure to the automotive industry or supplier management.
- Strong understanding of security standards such as ISO 21434 (Automotive Cybersecurity), NIST CSF 2.0, and related automotive regulations.
- Project management skills: planning, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of security measures, security testing processes, risk assessment, and supplier control.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and technical requirement delivery skills with both domestic and international suppliers.
- Proficient in English (technical documentation reading and professional communication).
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, ISO 21434, NIST CSF, PMP, or other cybersecurity/project management certifications.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high sense of responsibility and proactive learning of new knowledge in Automotive Cybersecurity.
