Customs Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Overall responsible for the import and export customs affairs in Vietnam, ensuring compliance, including HS CODE classification, tariff inquiries, document review and customs declaration; handling origin certificates and maintaining good relationships with the customs and VCCI.

2. Responsible for the entire process management of EPE processing trade business, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

3. Coordinate the logistics arrangements for imports and exports, monitor the transportation process, and ensure that the goods are transported promptly and safely.

4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business processes; optimize customs operation procedures to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor&aposs degree or above from Vietnam, with a preference for majors such as International Trade and Logistics.

2. More than 5 years of customs-related experience in the electronics industry, more than 2 years of customs-related experience in EPE enterprises, and more than 3 years of team management experience.

3. Familiar with Vietnam&aposs customs policies, origin regulations and EPE business; Master professional knowledge such as tariff classification and customs valuation; Proficient in using office and customs-related software.

4. Applicants who are native speakers of Vietnamese and have excellent Chinese communication skills will be given priority.

5. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, team management abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and strong resilience to pressure. Also, have a high sense of compliance risk awareness and be meticulous and responsible in work.
