Job Summary
:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide professional support across phone, email, or chat channels. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle daily customer interactions efficiently
.Key Responsibilities
- :Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manne
- rProvide accurate information about products, services, orders, or general support request
- sResolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring high customer satisfactio
- nUpdate and maintain customer records in the syste
- mFollow company procedures, quality standards, and service guideline
- sEscalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate tea
mRequirements
- :Minimum High School / Diploma qualificatio
- nEnglish level: B2 (Upper-intermediate
- )Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- sCustomer-oriented with good problem-solving abilit
- yBasic computer skills and typing abilit
- yWilling to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if require
