Job Summary

:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide professional support across phone, email, or chat channels. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle daily customer interactions efficiently

.Key Responsibilities

  • :Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manne
  • rProvide accurate information about products, services, orders, or general support request
  • sResolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring high customer satisfactio
  • nUpdate and maintain customer records in the syste
  • mFollow company procedures, quality standards, and service guideline
  • sEscalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate tea

mRequirements

  • :Minimum High School / Diploma qualificatio
  • nEnglish level: B2 (Upper-intermediate
  • )Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • sCustomer-oriented with good problem-solving abilit
  • yBasic computer skills and typing abilit
  • yWilling to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if require

dPreferred

  • :Previous experience in Customer Service / Call Center / BPO is an advantag
  • eExperience handling inbound support is a plu
