Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will serve as a key bridge between Easy AI and our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from project initiation through deployment and ongoing operation.

  • Post-sales project operations and support: Configure systems, standardize data, and ensure projects go live on schedule.
  • Issue coordination and resolution: Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the technical team, to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Product guidance and consultation: Ensure customers fully understand our products, services, warranty policies, and best practices for usage.
  • Customer relationship management: Monitor customer activities on the platform, proactively provide support, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term engagement.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys, track customer success metrics, and gather feedback to improve product and service quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles within the technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or service industries.
  • Candidates with experience working with technology products, software, SaaS platforms, or collaborating directly with technical teams during implementation and customer support are highly preferred.
  • Willingness to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity and optimize work efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to service quality and user experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
