By championing seamless onboarding, delivering inspirational training, and fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships, you will guide schools and universities in elevating learning experiences and achieving lasting success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
- Client Training: Plan, customize, and deliver polished online and offline training sessions for clients, including academic staff, administrators, and organizational users.
- After-Sales Service: Serve as a primary point of contact post-training to monitor account health, address platform inquiries, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Resource Creation: Build and update high-quality training collateral, user guides, and digital learning assets.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the Technical Solutions and Sales teams to translate complex system capabilities into accessible training modules and resolve needs.
- Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Execute additional tasks, initiatives, and special projects assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Academic Training, Learning & Development positions
- Previous experience or strong domain insight in Edtech products or the Education sector (schools/universities) is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Proven ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual workshops for academic stakeholders
- Strong passion for education and technology, fond of applying digital solutions to enhance working and learning experiences
