Job Specific Summary
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for executing order fulfillment processes for the local market, ensuring that both internal and external customers receive prompt and accurate service.
This role involves processing customer orders within the same day and monitoring the entire Order-to-Deliver process to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize the SAP system to process customer orders promptly and oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Deliver process to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to manage sales orders and back orders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer complaints and issues, driving solutions and providing timely feedback to customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate and distribute order fulfillment reports and related information regularly or as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Planning, Warehouse, Freight, and Trade Operations to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support teams and stakeholders by resolving complex issues and disputes related to orders, billing, and customer care order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure that all system and operational transactions comply with local laws, regulatory taxation, and Medtronic's corporate policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide backup and standby support as needed to maintain operational continuity.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Supply Chain
- Proficient in oral and written English communication; computer literate; team player.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Experience in SAP Order-to-Cash will be a plus point to be considered
- Experience working in a matrix environment in a global multi-national company and handling multiple projects would be advantageous.
