RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all necessary import licenses for Evonik Vietnam including conditional chemicals and chemicals with the status of Dangerous goods.
  • Manage all new chemicals registration in the National Chemical Database (NCI) in Vietnam. Ensure data entry quality and single-point-of-contact towards the authority managing the NCI.
  • Manage the product registration of all new products launched in Vietnam, ensure compliance with local standards.
  • Manage Evonik's annual reporting obligation according to the newly implemented National Chemical Law.
  • Represent Evonik to Vietnam Customs in topics related to custom clearance (both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi), as well as coordination expedite custom clearance processes where possible.
  • Support the team with tasks related to Customer Service as listed below.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable to prevent overdue payments and minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including collection, filing, and secure storage of records.
  • Address non-conformances and resolve customer complaints in alignment with the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Review and validate Logistics Cost Debit Notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and promote continued engagement with the company's products and services.
  • Reviews the monthly KPI report established with 3rd party service provider and proactively works with service provider to identify gaps and improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of relevant experience & background. Familiarity with SAP SD module & Order-To-Cash is preferred
