Customer Service

Responsibilities

1. New project introduction: responsible for connecting with customers and internal teams, following up local product design and solutions from the project establishment, ensuring that the design and cost can be implemented, the product can pass the customer&aposs trial production requirements and prepare the corresponding large-scale production capacity planning in advance. At the key nodes of project delivery, it is necessary to solve relevant problems onsite in the factory and supplier in a timely manner;

2. Receive customer visits, introduce the company&aposs capabilities, record the problems found by customers during visits, organize internal team meetings to discuss problems, and finally solve the problems to meet customer requirements;

3. Large-scale order management and fulfillment: responsible for order placement, coordination of supplier delivery dates, arrangement of shipments to meet order requirements in a timely manner, and assistance in achieving sales/shipping targets;

4. Establish and maintain good customer relationships: actively communicate with customers to ensure that customer requirements and needs are fulfilled in a timely and smooth manner within the scope of the contract guidelines.

4. Thit lp v duy tr mi quan h tt p vi khch hng: trao i vi khch hang tch cu m bo rng cc yu cu v nhu cu ca khch hng c p ng kp thi v sun s trong phm vi hng dn ca hp ng.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of project management or sales/sales support experience, experience in providing consulting to customers is preferred;

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software, strong Excel data reporting skills;

3. Strong communication skills, fast learning ability and relationship building ability;

4. Strong stress resistance and positive attitude;

5. Can speak Chinese and Vietnamese, and can communicate in English via email;

6. Experience in printing and packaging industry is preferred.
