Job Description:
- Support to develop the Cross Border category performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
- Develop and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and across teams
- Follow and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth under management
- Work with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of working experience in partnerships, e-commerce, or consulting are at an advantage
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, smart and fast learning
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
- Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast, and manage projects from end to end
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
