About the Role
As a CRM Executive within the CRM Lifecycle & Ecosystem team, you will be the bridge between our digital platform and the student community. Your mission is to grow our student user base through high-impact offline activities at high schools and universities, while ensuring these users stay active and loyal through data-driven CRM nurturing.
You will not just be on-ground you will be the technical owner of the student journey, using offline touchpoints to feed our online ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- O2O Activation: Plan and execute campus events (booths, workshops) to recruit new student users and drive first-time purchases.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end student campaigns, from voucher setup and landing pages to on-ground coordination and ROI analysis.
- Segmentation: Define student cohorts (by school level/interests) to select appropriate vouchers or gifts, and deliver personalized Push notifications, EDM, and SMS/ZNS.
- User Nurturing: Design Welcome and Retention automation flows to convert event leads into active shoppers.
- Collaboration: Partner with Offline Marketing for logistics and BI/Data to track the funnel from QR scan to successful order.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on event mechanics (e.g., Gifts vs. Vouchers) to maximize marketing efficiency.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
- Experience: 1+ years in Marketing or Project Management.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets ability to analyze funnels and identify drop-off points.
- Student Insights: Strong understanding of student behavior, motivations, and shopping habits.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for internal pitching and on-site student engagement.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Event Background: Experience in school events, club activities, or brand activations.
- Creative Skills: Ability to write catchy copy and provide creative briefs for event visuals.
- Technical Tools: Basic SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for deep-diving into retention trends.
- Data lovers, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into data to make strategic recommendations
