KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Analytics Strategy
- Define and execute enterprise data & BI strategy aligned with business priorities
- Drive transition from static reporting to self-service and real-time analytics
- Establish scalable data architecture (DWH, data marts, cloud platforms)
AI & Advanced Analytics
- Identify and implement AI/ML use cases (forecasting, risk, customer behavior, automation)
- Introduce GenAI tools to improve productivity (reporting, querying, decision support)
- Ensure practical adoption of AI in Finance and business functions
Business Partnering
- Act as strategic partner to CFO and business leaders
- Translate business needs into data products and insights
- Drive data-driven culture and decision-making
Data Governance & Quality
- Own data governance framework (definitions, ownership, lineage)
- Ensure single source of truth across organization
- Implement automated data quality monitoring and controls
Reporting & Performance Management
- Redesign reporting landscape (automation, simplification, standardization)
- Deliver actionable dashboards (Power BI or similar)
- Enable performance management through KPIs and predictive insights
Technology & Platforms
- Oversee BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, SQL, cloud, big data tools)
- Collaborate with IT on data infrastructure and integration
- Drive adoption of modern data stack (API, real-time data, cloud solutions)
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop high-performing BI/Data team (analysts, data engineers, data scientists)
- Build data literacy across organization
- Create strong talent pipeline and upskilling programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid background in BI, data, analytics, or finance data functions
- Experience in banking/finance/insurance/fintech is an advantage
- Good command of data platforms such as DWH, SQL, and BI tools
- Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Fluent English communication
