Job Summary

As part of EPOS strategic expansion into the Vietnam market, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager, Vietnam to lead our expansion into the Vietnam market. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow our presence in a new market, driving business growth, building local operations, and representing our EPOS brand as we scale.

This is a unique opportunity for you to build Vietnam EPOS team from the ground up and be part of a mission-driven team focused on empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through EPOS cutting-edge solutions.

This is what your job scope will be...

Market Entry & Business Development

  • Lead the market entry strategy and oversee the full setup of local operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and adapt the company's offerings to local market requirements.

P&L & Merchant Engagement

  • Own the local P&L, including revenue targets, cost management, and profitability goals
  • Build strong relationships with merchants, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional Merchants experience tailored to local needs.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team aligned with the company's values.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to local teams

We would to love hear from you if...

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 8 years ) in senior leadership roles, ideally from POS or Payment related industries
  • You have proven track record in building and scaling operations in new markets (good to have)
  • You have strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • You have entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • You're driven, motivated and committed to success.
