The ideal candidate will have an ability to driving sales and marketing collaboration in the Vietnam CFD/Forex trading market. They will work closely with Sales Directors, the local Marketing team, and Headquarters.
About the Role
Responsibilities Lead and drive overall country sales performance, taking full ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial strategy execution in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing national sales organization, including Sales Directors and local sales teams, with clear accountability for targets and results.
- Establish strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, and HQ, ensuring seamless execution of country initiatives and consistent operational standards.
- Develop and execute localized market strategies to capture new business opportunities, strengthen market share, and position the company as a leading brand in Vietnam.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor Sales Directors and key sales talent, building leadership capability and succession readiness within the country team.
- Drive performance management and productivity improvements across the sales organization through structured coaching, KPIs, and operational discipline.
- Optimize internal processes and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Lead the adaptation of marketing initiatives to align with local customer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends.
- Strengthen brand positioning and reputation in Vietnam through targeted commercial campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective collaboration with other support functions (Operations, Marketing, R&D...) to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as sales manager or above in the CFD Broker/ Brokerage Business
- Experience with improving operational processes to smooth line internal procedures.
- Experience in expanding and onboarding new sales members.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration in pursuit of driving new operational and marketing initiatives
- Already have their own team ready to get on board.
