Job Description
- Lead and oversee all finance operations for Vietnam, including accounting, reporting, complicance and controls.
- Oversee all finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Lead the monthly closing process and support regional reporting requirements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, receivables, and overall financial governance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal control standards, and local statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits, tax matters, and external reporting obligations.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
- Coach and develop the local finance team while supporting business growth initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- Experience working within multinational or international business environments.
- Strong background in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Proven people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
