Lead the finance function in Vietnam and act as a strategic business partner to the commercial leadership team. This role is responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis, compliance, controls, tax, working capital management, and team leadership, ensuring accurate financial management while supporting business growth and decision-making.

Description
Lead and oversee all finance operations for Vietnam, including accounting, reporting, complicance and controls.
Oversee all finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead the monthly closing process and support regional reporting requirements.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
Manage cash flow, receivables, and overall financial governance.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal control standards, and local statutory requirements.
Coordinate audits, tax matters, and external reporting obligations.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
Coach and develop the local finance team while supporting business growth initiatives.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
Experience working within multinational or international business environments.
Strong background in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and business partnering.
Proven people management and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
