We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Manager to lead critical initiatives in corporate finance, including investor relations, fundraising support (private placements), M&A activities, and IPO preparation. This role requires a strong mix of strategic finance expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to drive high-impact projects and partner closely with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
- Partner with senior management to develop and deliver financial narratives, dashboards, and investor materials.
- Support fundraising activities, including private placements, debt financing, and investor due diligence.
- Assist with IPO readiness programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory, governance, and disclosure requirements.
- Manage financial modeling and scenario analysis for M&A and other strategic transactions.
Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
- Lead the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Provide financial insights to support board-level decisions on M&A, brand onboarding, and category expansion.
- Structure and negotiate financial terms in key contracts and commercial partnerships to maximize ROI.
Performance Management & Insights
- Oversee financial performance tracking, management reporting, and business review processes.
- Identify key drivers of growth and profitability and recommend actionable improvement levers.
- Deliver insights that influence decision-making across marketing, operations, and supply chain.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and coach a high-performing Corporate Finance team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and business partnership.
- Act as a trusted finance partner for senior commercial leaders and cross-functional executives.
- Champion financial discipline, risk management, and governance in all strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Big 4 or investment banking experience is a plus.
- Professional licenses such as CA, CPA, CIMA, CFA is a plus
2. Skills & Competencies:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
