As part of our Vietnam growth journey, we are looking to bring in experienced Indian finance leaders with strong regional exposure to strengthen our finance capability on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Analysis and Budgeting
- Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting strategies.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, including monthly PL and variance analysis
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Develop financial models to assess the impact of various business decisions.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning.
Cash Flow Management:
- Maintain and forecast cash flow to support business operations.
- Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement including close monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Payable and improving those metrices.
Working with business stakeholders :
- Directly collaborate with business development stakeholders. Help with financial data points that they would require.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to help them with data linked visibility.
- Team up on certain specific projects for the overall betterment of business
Compliance / Governance aspects :
- Any regular support activities with the controllership-finance team
- Managing audits, work with auditors as needed and implement improvement suggestions from the same.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of senior finance experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, preferably in high-growth or APAC environments.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to support revenue growth and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in regional or cross-border finance roles, navigating multi-market compliance and regulatory frameworks, with a strong understanding of Vietnam.
- Fluent in English with clear, executive-level communication skills.
- Indian nationality preferred, open to relocating to Vietnam and eligible for work permit sponsorship; demonstrates high adaptability, ownership, and resilience in a cross-cultural environment.
